Yes. Payroll systems process information but do not advise on complex or sensitive HR decisions.

Do you replace our employment attorney?
No. We work alongside attorneys and escalate legal matters when appropriate.

Are you a PEO?
No. We provide independent HR partnership without co-employment.

Do you work with remote companies?
Yes! We work with remote companies and have experience with over 40 states and Canada.

Can you provide in-person services?

Yes — we’re happy to meet onsite with you and your team whenever it’s helpful. We’re based in Upstate New York, and any travel outside our local area may include additional fees based on distance and time involved.
